With over 30 years of experience in selling all types of property, David has developed extensive expertise in real estate trends, market fluctuations, and investment strategies, making him a knowledgeable and valuable resource for clients and colleagues seeking insights into property transactions and market dynamics.

David commenced his studies in Galway, qualifying with a diploma in Auctioneering valuation and estate agency and also holds a degree in valuation surveying and a diploma in Property Economics from Trinity College Dublin and Bolton Street respectively. David is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S) and The Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (S.C.S.I).
